Year 11:

- The Individual and the Law: Study of the rights and responsibilities of individuals, methods of dispute resolution, and the interaction between law and society.
- Law in Practice: Application of legal concepts through case studies and contemporary examples to deepen students' understanding of how law functions in practice.
Year 12:
- Core: Crime: Examination of the criminal justice system, including the nature of crime, legal processes, and the balance between individual rights and community safety.
- Core: Human Rights: Analysis of the development, promotion, and enforcement of human rights in Australia and globally, with a focus on contemporary human rights issues.
- Options (Choose Two): Detailed study of specific areas such as Family Law, Consumer Law, Global Environmental Protection, Indigenous Peoples, Shelter, Workplace, or World Order, with a focus on the effectiveness of legal and non-legal responses.
