Otto graduated Kew High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 99.20 and is now studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. His continued interests in Commerce and English throughout high school eventuated to a 48 in Legal Studies, 42 in Economics as well as 46 in English and 47 in English Language, all of which were the highest scores in his cohort. With experience as a basketball coach and an empathetic outlook to life, Otto is versatile in his teaching and communication to suit the individual learner. As a recipient of the University of Melbourne Principal’s Scholarship as well as a Year 12 House Captain, his positivity and leadership is well recognised. Otto is well equipped with tips to mitigate the stresses of VCE while maximising marks and quality study.
Phoebe graduated from St Catherine's School Toorak in 2017 with an ATAR of 96.7. Her favourite subjects were English and Philosophy, in which she received raw study scores of 45. Having a great passion for communication through music and language, Phoebe has just graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Music (classical voice). She is currently undertaking an additional year of music performance, after which she will graduate with a double degree in Arts/Music with the aspiration of developing a career in opera. Phoebe deeply values the opportunities which emerge through education and is passionate about enabling these opportunities for her students.
Currently a Physiotherapy student at LaTrobe University, Phoebe graduated from Donvale Christian College in 2020 with an ATAR of 97.95 achieving a RAW Score of 43 in Maths Method and 42 in Physics. As a Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholar and a teaching assistant, Phoebe is passionate about teaching and is able to convey concepts clearly and concisely due to her extensive knowledge on current study designs. Committed to helping students achieve their potential, she is flexible with her teaching and willing to tailor lessons to specifically suit the students' learning style. Phoebe's key focus is on solidifying key concepts as well as building the students' confidence through setting achievable targets. She believes that students can achieve academic success through developing a strong understanding of the content as well as learning effective exam strategies.
Riccardo graduated from St Kevin’s College with an ATAR of 95.40, completing VCE with the subjects Specialist Maths, Maths Methods, Further Maths, Physics, Accounting and English. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Science Advanced-Research (Honours) at Monash University. Riccardo is passionate about teaching, and as a tutor, wishes to help students surpass their preconceived potential. Riccardo loves Maths and hopes to share his passion for it with all of his students. Riccardo does this by arming students with clear and concise concepts which can be used to attack a wide array of questions.
Rugmini graduated from Balwyn High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 99.50. As part of the Select Entry Accelerated Learning (SEAL) program, she completed a total of 8 VCE ¾ subjects, and is offering tutoring in Unit ¾ English Language, which she completed in 2019 with a raw score of 45. Rugmini is currently enrolled at Monash University studying Bachelor of Biomedical Science. She has informal experience mentoring younger year levels throughout high school and offers highly engaging, comprehensive lessons catering to each student’s individual needs, as well as general advice on tackling the challenging year that is year 12. She is passionate about teaching and looks forward to helping students reach their full potential.
Sanskriti is a vibrant, charismatic and dedicated tutor of French and Economics and is currently studying both at university. Sanskriti is studying a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at the University of Melbourne. She is also completing a concurrent Diploma of Languages (French). She has been tutoring for 4 years and is dedicated to both her students and the subjects she teaches.
Senalee graduated from the Mac.Robertson Girls' High School in 2020 and obtained a raw 45 and raw 47 in Psychology and Biology respectively. She is currently studying Bachelor of Biomedical Science/ Doctor of Medicine at the University of Queensland and has received Dean's commendation for academic excellence for obtaining a perfect GPA. Senalee is someone who is very friendly and is very patient! This being her 4th year of tutoring, she has a lot of experience with all sorts of students- students with mild learning disabilities, students who lack motivation, students who lack confidence etc. Outside of tutoring, Senalee loves dancing and bike riding, and is involved in a lot of volunteering, being the Treasurer for the Red Cross Society for her university. Senalee can't wait to share her passions with her students and to help them reach their goals!
Shmuli graduated from Yavneh College in 2012 with an ATAR of 99.35. Since then he has a completed a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne whilst majoring in Maths. He has gone on to study a Master of Data Science. It is safe to say that Shmuli loves Maths. He has extensive tutoring experience teaching all levels of Maths including Further, Methods and Specialist. Shmuli knows that Maths is not everyone’s favourite subject. But he wants to show everyone why he loves Maths. Shmuli prides himself on helping his students get to a point where they enjoy Maths.
Urszula finished VCE in 2021 with an ATAR of 97.2 from Ballarat Clarendon College. They achieved Study Scores of 44 in History and Theatre Studies, 42 in Global Politics and Literature and 41 in Legal Studies. Urszula is incredibly passionate about Humanities, specifically English and Politics which they are currently pursuing at University, studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne majoring in Politics and International Studies with a minor in Art History. They love assisting students in their learning journey and look forward to helping you achieve your own personal best.
Graduating from Haileybury Girls' College in 2020 with an ATAR of 98.10, Winnie currently studies a Bachelor of Science/Biomedical Science double degree at Monash University. Achieving a raw 41 in English, a scaled 50 in Chinese SL and 42 in Math Methods, Winnie focuses on both SAC/exam-style teaching and building foundational skills to aid students grasp concepts accurately and gain more confidence over their work. Her passion for linguistics and maths has lead to achieving high distinctions annually, a 75% scholarship to Haileybury, a General Excellence trophy, and an offer to selective school MacRob - something which she hopes to pass on to prospective students through enjoyable and individual-specific tutoring sessions. Her desire to fully support each student makes sure that students are prioritised before anything else. She loves to listen to music and learn languages (FrKorJap) in her spare time.
Zenry graduated from Brunswick Secondary College with an ATAR of 97.5, scoring a raw 43, 41, 40 and 43 for Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Physics and VCD respectively. Achieving cohort subject awards in these VCE subjects, Zenry is well versed in the VCE study designs. Currently studying at the University of Melbourne, Zenry is completing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Pure Mathematics.
