No formal tutoring is required, we are looking for high academic performers with a passion for education. We find that recently graduated students are the best tutors because they are so familiar with the course material and understand what the student is going through. However, we also hire more experienced tutors as well as teachers.

Yes, any work done with people under the age of 18 requires a WWCC in Australia. If you do any paid work with children under the age of 18, you will need to purchase an employee WWCC. The cost of an employee WWCC varies from state to state.

If successful, we will invite you to join our tutor management software called Teachworks. Teachworks is where you can input all your tutoring sessions. After your session, you will need to mark it as attended. Once you have done that, the payment process automatically commences. Tutors will be paid on a fortnightly basis.

Once you have successfully passed our interview process and provided the required documentation, you will be added into our system. At that point, you are now eligible to accept new students. Whenever we get a new student, we conduct an extensive information gathering process with the student where we ask questions that will help us identify the best possible tutor for the student. If we think you would be a good fit, we will reach out to you directly.
