Jana A - Online IB Spanish Tutor

Jana undertook the IB program in 2021-2022 at Werribee Secondary College. She was a passionate IB student from year 2, which led her to being the IB Ambassador at her school for the duration of the diploma. She was engaged as the team leader for the fundraising service CAS activity, Solarbuddy, at her school and helped organise school-wide events and fundraisers to help end energy poverty via the Solarbuddy foundation. She obtained an IB score of 35.5, equivalent to a notional ATAR of 92.60. She obtained a 7 in Spanish ab initio SL and a 6 in Economics HL, which are her two favourite subjects, especially after learning about the Hispanic and Spanish cultures, and the great role, importance and wide application of Economics in today's ever changing world, respectively. She is fluent in English and Arabic, intermediate in Spanish and is currently independently studying French alongside continuing her Spanish studies, and wishes to become fluent in 7 languages one day. Jana is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) and Master of Pharmacy course at Monash University. During her sessions, Jana aims to maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere for her students to foster greater engagement and increased enjoyment in learning the subjects.
