Joanna G - QCE Study of Religion Tutor

Joanna is a Bachelor of Science student at the University of Queensland with over four years of experience working with a variety of tutoring companies. She has taught students from Years 1 to 12 in both online and in-person settings, with experience ranging from one-on-one tutoring to delivering academic lectures to audiences of up to 800 students. She has also worked in tutoring-centre shift management and has extensive experience supporting students with ASD, ADHD, ADD, dyslexia and dysgraphia, adapting lessons to suit different learning needs. Joanna has helped students achieve their academic goals and desired ATARs, with her highest-performing client achieving an ATAR of 99.85. Her main teaching principle is to be understanding and accommodating, adjusting her explanations, pace and teaching style to help each student build confidence, independence and a genuine understanding of their subjects.
