Joshua graduated in 2023 from Cairns State High School with an ATAR of 98.75, achieving a 98 in math methods, 95 in physics, 93 in chemistry and 92 in specialist alongside awards for his extracurriculars. After completing a year of the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine at UNSW Port Macquarie with a WAM of 81 (HD), he is now studying a Bachelor of Science (CDF) majoring in physics and chemistry. Joshua discovered his passion for tutoring first when assisting peers during senior years, followed by two primary and secondary students. His tutoring approach is centred around recognising a students strengths and weaknesses, then delivering personalised explanations and content that maximise understanding. Joshua’s goal is not only to meet the standard expectations but also extend students through challenges. All the while creating a fun, interactive, and supportive environment.He looks forward to empowering a student’s learning so they can grow in their skill and confidence as they reach their full potential.
