


Darryl Tong completed his undergraduate Psychology studies at Monash University at a High Distinction level and is currently a Psychology Honours student conducting research with the expectation of contributing to a publication by the end of the year. He graduated with a 96.5 ATAR, including a study score of 46 in VCE Psychology, scores above 40 in all of his other subjects, and his school Sociology Award. He brings several years of teaching experience as a swim instructor and as an on-deck supervisor, which has developed his ability to explain skills clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and build students' confidence. His teaching style is patient, encouraging and highly individualised, with a focus on breaking difficult concepts into manageable steps and helping students genuinely understand and apply what they are learning.
Our tutors go through a rigorous selection process. Each one is interviewed to assess their teaching ability, completes a test of their VCE subject knowledge, and have a valid WWCC. They bring extensive VCE tutoring experience and a proven track record of helping students achieve their academic goals
