Julia graduated from VCE in 2025 after moving to Australia just before Year 11 and mastering the VCE system in a short period of time. She achieved an ATAR 98.20, with study scores of 43 in Biology, 41 in Psychology, 50 in English EAL, 45 in Spanish, and 38 in History-Revolutions. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology at Monash University, where she continues to develop her passion for education and supporting student success. Julia has experience supporting VCE students as a Student Support Intern at Bacchus Marsh Grammar, where she provides one-on-one and small-group academic support in VCE 3&4 subjects, assists students with coursework and exam preparation, and helps students develop effective study strategies. Through this experience, she has worked with students of different abilities and learning styles, helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance. As a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, Julia also tutors VCE Portuguese, supporting students with speaking, writing, reading, and exam preparation. She also tutors IELTS students, having achieved an overall academic IELTS score of 8.0 (out of 9.0) on her first attempt, with no band below 7.5 and a 9.0 in Reading, giving her a strong understanding of the skills and strategies required to succeed in language assessments. Julia tailors every lesson to each student's individual goals, focusing on genuine understanding, confidence, and effective exam techniques to help students achieve their full potential.
